About SwitchBot
SwitchBot makes devices that automate the home you already have rather than one you rebuild: a small robot that presses an existing wall switch, motors that pull existing curtains, retrofit smart locks, and hubs that bridge the rest to Alexa, Google Assistant and Matter. Around that core sits a wider range — robot vacuums and mops, air purifiers, circulator fans, security cameras and video doorbells, ceiling lights, roller shades, and sensors for temperature, humidity, CO2 and presence.
Sensors and small accessories start around $15, with the Indoor/Outdoor Thermo-Hygrometer at $14.99. Hubs and curtain motors sit in the middle — $69.99 for the Hub 2, $89.99 for the Curtain 3. Cameras, doorbells and fans run from $79.99 to $149.99. The large purchases are the robot vacuums and lock bundles: the K11+ is $399.99 and the Lock Ultra Max Vision Pro combo $339.99.
It suits someone renting, or anyone who wants automation without replacing switches, locks or curtain rails. If you are fitting out a home with new hardware anyway, the retrofit parts that make SwitchBot distinctive are solving a problem you do not have. One thing to check before ordering: this link goes to SwitchBot’s International store, whose published shipping table covers Asia-Pacific, several Middle Eastern, Latin American and African countries and a handful of European ones — but does not list the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada or the EU. SwitchBot runs separate us., uk. and eu. stores for those markets, and we checked: this code is rejected at the US store’s checkout.

- Yes. We hold one code, 10UPFX126XA9FA, for 10% off all products on the SwitchBot International store. The date we last checked it is shown on the offer above.
- Does this code work on the US SwitchBot store?
- No. We put a SwitchBot Remote in the cart at us.switch-bot.com and entered the code at checkout, and it was refused with "Enter a valid discount code or gift card". We tried the same thing on the International store as a check on our own method, and there it applied and took 10% off. So the code is real but tied to the International store, and a US shopper who buys from us.switch-bot.com will not be able to use it.
- Which countries does the SwitchBot International store ship to?
- Their shipping table lists four groups. China Mainland, Hong Kong and Macau: $14.99, free over $99. Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Singapore, Switzerland, Thailand and Vietnam: $15.99, free over $109. A third group — including Argentina, Bahrain, Chile, Colombia, Iceland, Jordan, Kenya, Maldives, Monaco, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Sri Lanka, the UAE and Uruguay — pays $39.99 to $59.99 by order value, with no free-shipping threshold. South Africa is priced separately and highest. The warehouse is in Hong Kong, standard shipping does not go to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses, and customs duties may be payable on arrival.
- What is SwitchBot’s return policy?
- Undamaged products can be returned within 30 days of shipping for any reason, in original packaging and with all accessories and promotional gifts included. For returns that are not about a fault, the buyer pays return shipping and only the product cost is refunded. Products bought directly from their online store carry a one-year warranty for quality issues, under which a faulty unit is replaced rather than refunded.
- How often is this code checked?
- The date on the offer is the last time it was tested at checkout in a clean browser session. A "Verified" label expires by itself after 30 days and downgrades again after 90, so the badge cannot stay green through neglect.
