Pococo coupon FAQs

Does Pococo have a coupon code?

Yes. We hold one code, KEM, for 18% off. We applied it at checkout on a $49.99 disc and it took $8.99 off, bringing the total to $41.00.

Why was the code refused on my order?

Some products are excluded. A $9.99 item was refused on its own, and when we put it in the same basket as a $49.99 disc the discount came to $8.99 — exactly 18% of the eligible item alone, not of the $59.98 total. So the exclusion is by product, not by basket size: adding more will not make an excluded item qualify.

Does Pococo charge for shipping?

Free shipping is offered to many regions, with delivery windows that vary by country — their table puts several Asian destinations at 7–20 business days. The Middle East is free on orders of $29 or more.

What is Pococo's return policy?

Items with a genuine quality issue can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange. They ask customers to contact them before starting a return or a payment dispute, and approved refunds reach the original payment method in 3–5 business days.

How often is this offer checked?

The date on the offer is the last time a person checked it. A "Verified" label expires by itself after 30 days and downgrades again after 90, so the badge cannot stay green through neglect.
